Privacy Policy

MetaCards is operated by VR Express. This page explains what data we store when you use MetaCards and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you create an account we store your email address, your display name and your avatar image, if you add one.

We store the cards you create, including the text, images, links and design settings you put on them. Published cards are visible to anyone who has the link.

When someone opens a card we count the view. We record only the time of the view.

If a visitor submits their details through a form on a card, that information goes to the owner of that card.

Data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. It is required for the service to work.

When you sign up we record, on our own systems, how you first arrived: the UTM campaign fields in the link you used, the hostname of the referring site and the path of the first page you landed on. We never record your IP address or full URLs. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
